WHO WE ARE:
CT Flag is a nonprofit youth flag football program located in various locations in Connecticut. CT Flag Elite (boys) and CT Flag Lady Matrix (girls) are our travel flag football programs.
Our mission is to provide young athletes in our community with an opportunity to showcase their athletic abilities on a regional and national level. Our program not only focuses on sports; but empowering youth to be respectful, responsible, confident, successful members within their classrooms and community.

COMMITMENT:
Being part of a travel team is a family commitment. We are a family and operate as one. Each player on the team is valuable and needed in order to compete on a national level. Coaches will do their best to schedule practice times and locations that are in the best interest of the majority of the team. The expectation is that every player on the travel team attend all tournaments. If you need special consideration, please talk to a coach about this.
COSTS:
* Uniform costs: are paid for by the parents and can be offset through various fundraising activities.
* Tournament: our goal is to attend 6-8 tournaments during a season (April - August). Tournaments fees are paid for through player registration costs. Player registration costs are typically $350-$500 per season
* Travel: travel expenses are paid for by parents and can be offset with our various fundraising opportunities.
TRYOUTS:
Tryouts are typically held annually, in the December-January timeframe. Tryouts are held indoors, and the dates are announced through our email announcements to our league participants, and on our social media pages (Facebook & Instagram). If you are interested in having your child tryout for one of our teams, keep an eye on your email, our Facebook pages, as well as our Instagram pages.
